Real Estate Price Stabilization – Beach front condo pricing along the Ms Gulf Coast seem to have stabilized and may just be heading up. As I’m showing buyers units, I’ve notice there are fewer properties to look at, many are at higher pricing than in the past.

Last year at this time, I was able to show several units of the same floor plan in various places within a building. Now, I’m showing a limited selection of available units in a single building and finding a blow out deal is becoming near impossible.

I’m talking about the deals for $125 a square foot. Competition among buyers is picking up and helping to drive up the prices. There have actually been a few sales in the market in the $180 a square foot range. We haven’t seen that price since 2007!

With only have 5 high rise beach front buildings in the Gulfport or Biloxi area, if you are thinking about a beach front condo on the MS Gulf Coast , I wouldn’t put it off. If you would like to be updated on what’s available just give me a call or shoot me an email. I’m here to help.
