What motivates me: Helping others is the reason that I have been happy for so many years as a real estate broker. This job can be quite the roller coaster but each day I get up and I think “Who am I going to help today?”

Why real estate has held my interest for over 30 years: I learn something new about real estate every single day. It is a totally dynamic industry with lots of moving parts. The market and the environment is in a constant state of change. It is exciting. I provide value to my clients by understanding the dynamics.

Why I prefer a boutique size brokerage: My pleasure comes from meeting clients and helping them make decisions about their real estate. Therefore, I choose to not focus on managing lots of agents but on helping clients instead. I’m never too far away from the transaction should any of my team need assistance or help with decisions. All clients can pick up the phone and reach me at any time. Since I specialized in a particular type of real estate, I can be an expert and can feel confident in the services I offer. Being a Realtor is so much more rewarding this way.
