I am happy, sad, and relieved all at the same time. Yes, this is good news. We have sold the old house. We are thrilled that we now only have one yard to mow since 2005! Wowzers! We are sad because there are so many awesome memories at that home that will now forever be in our hearts. We are relieved because you just never know about the market and we were blessed to have it sold so quickly.
