A powerhouse of a Realtor, Brittany Theriot Webb

I am happy, sad, and relieved all at the same time.  Yes, this is good news.  We have sold the old house.  We are thrilled that we now only have one yard to mow since 2005!  Wowzers!  We are sad because there are so many awesome memories at that home that will now forever be in our hearts.  We are relieved because you just never know about the market and we were blessed to have it sold so quickly.  Our realtor was referred to us by a family member in the Mobile area, Madison P. Reich.  (If your family is in the market in her area, she is the one!).  Our local coast realtor was Brittany Theriot Webb!  This lady was a powerhouse!  Brittany was professional, there to walk you through the process, amazing energy, and personality out of this world.  Brittany had a contract in 7 days!  I so dreaded the whole process but believed in these two women and I am elated with the results!!! Thank you, ladies!
