About Biloxi MS Real Estate
The city of Biloxi MS encompasses two areas: South Biloxi and North Biloxi. South Biloxi is the peninsula to the south of the Bay. Scenic Beach Boulevard, also known as Highway 90, runs the length of the coast. Casino after casino line the street in the area referred to as “casino row”. This area and the new Biloxi Shucker’s baseball stadium are on the east end of Biloxi, conversely, the Edgewater mall lies on the west end of Biloxi MS. The west end is where you will find our Real Estate office. In between the two ends you can find the Coliseum and convention center. Scattered along the beach are numerous hotels, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Additionally several resort-style condominium complexes and dozens of residential neighborhoods with beautiful homes for sale line Beach Boulevard. Whether you prefer the views of the back bay or the beach, Biloxi has great waterfront properties to offer buyers.

Cruising Highway 90 in Biloxi MS
Scenic Beach Boulevard, also known as Highway 90, runs the length of the coast. Along this stretch of road is where much of the Gulf Coast’s action is found. And what a beautiful place it is! The drive along Beach Boulevard in Biloxi MS is simply breathtaking during the day and exhilarating at night with the bright Casino lights. On the northside of Beach Boulevard, the coastal homes with their interesting architecture are surrounded by lush landscaping and majestic Oak trees. on the other side of Beach Boulevard is the sparkling water brushing white sand beaches along the coast as far as the eye can see.
North of the bay is home to one of the Mississippi’s finest educational facilities belonging to the Biloxi Indians High School. A lot of the locals love living in North Biloxi on the protected waters of the bay. Being close to shopping at I-10 and the coming Galleria Mall is a perk in North Biloxi. Come make the most of the coast.

Biloxi MS area is known for family fun venues. Biloxi Mississippi native Jimmy Buffett created a special Margaritaville Resort Biloxi just for us in Biloxi MS. Escape Family Center is a 55,000 ft giant indoor play area. There is the arcade which offers a wide variety of video games. Indoor virtual golf and batting cages, rock climbing volcano, indoor rollercoaster, and suspended jungle gym, to name a few if the venues attractions. If you are staying at the hotel; fortunately you will be rewarded with access to the water playground, lazy river and swim-up bar.

Stop all along the coast at one of the Biloxi MS beachfront venues, where you can toast to the sunset, or sunrise if you were out all night. If you’re feeling romantic, you could mosey on down Cora’s at the White House Hotel’s. Reserve your diner, and pull the drapes back in the swanky private booths. Their mixologist make amazing cocktails and food is outstanding. Cross the street to the beach and take a walk on the sand, or smooch next to the sea oat covered dunes. You could sneak in a picture or two to remember the sweet times.
The next night you could change it up a bit and head on over to one of the luxury Casinos for fine dining and a live concert. There are many shops offering special treats. Both candy and or more permanent treats like sparkling jewelry or high end clothes. As always you could take your chances at winning big bucks on the casino floor, or hit the night clubs to dance the night away.
Casinos and Night Life
The casinos are not the only place to have fun in Downtown Biloxi MS. It also features many new restaurants, businesses, yacht clubs, ocean sports, Island hopping, sunbathing, and the arts. The historical Saenger Theatre, home of the Gulf Coast Symphony Orchestra and Ballet Theater South is in downtown. Now our coastal city is to host a new minor league baseball team the Biloxi Shuckers. The MGM Stadium is a must see, it hosts much more than baseball, depends on what is going on at the time.
